Our industry is as old as the colossal structures and gigantic elements built over thousands of years. However, civilizational progress and technological advancement enable us to operate in a way that is thoroughly modern—almost reaching into the future.
Lifting and lowering systems
We use wire rope jack technology with individual capacities ranging from 10 to 600 tons. HLI designs, services, and supplies tailor-made solutions adapted to specific project requirements. The most critical element in system selection is the properly designed and selected support structure system capable of transferring the maximum loads carried by the wire rope system.
Wire rope systems are used for the following operations:
• Lifting
• Lowering
• Jacking / pushing
Thanks to our experience, we are able to propose alternatives to standard crane-based solutions, enabling optimization of the installation process. The systems we use guarantee lifting speeds of up to 40 meters per hour.
It should also be noted that, in the case of wire rope jacks, weather conditions play a secondary role.
Transverse transport systems
Our company performs all types of transverse transport operations, including Load-Out. The technologies we use include:

• Push-Pull walking systems
• SPMT
Our team has extensive experience in designing, operating, and controlling integrated hydraulic solutions. The largest operations we have executed include ship load-outs with weights of up to 35,000 tons.
Electric hoists
We primarily use these systems as auxiliary equipment for assembling relatively small loads. Their compact size makes electric hoists well suited for use in small transverse transport systems.
The devices we use offer lifting capacities ranging from 100 to 300 kN. These are through-running hoists rather than drum-type hoists.
SPMT
Self-propelled modular transporters (SPMTs) are widely used in projects requiring frequent changes of travel direction and long travel distances. Their major advantage is that they do not require interference with ground hardening, which is necessary for other systems based on dedicated roadways.
Spreader beam systems
Our company designs and supplies customized spreader beam solutions. The systems we offer are modular, making them easy to assemble and providing flexibility in selecting appropriate boom lengths.
Hydraulic cylinders
Our company uses a wide range of hydraulic cylinders. Regardless of whether stroke length or lifting capacity is critical, we have equipment that meets every requirements.
Hydraulic gantry system
Hydraulic gantry systems are devices that lift loads by raising load beams using hydraulic cylinders. They offer high lifting capacities and are used in the installation of heavy machinery and equipment. Rolling systems support the gantries, enabling short-distance transport along a previously prepared track.
Cranes
We have access to a wide range of cranes, from truck-mounted mobile cranes and tower cranes to heavy crawler cranes. We provide selection of appropriate solutions, cranes, and accessories, as well as the preparation of lifting plans and installation methodologies.
