This Privacy Policy describes the rules for how we process information about you, including personal data and cookies (so-called “cookies”).


1. General information

    • Handling inquiries submitted via the form
    • Presenting offers or information

    1. Through data voluntarily entered in forms, which is then stored in the operator’s systems.
    2. By saving cookie files (“cookies”) on end-user devices.

2. Selected data protection measures used by the operator

  1. Login and personal-data entry areas are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that personal data and login details entered on the site are encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.

4. Your rights and additional information on how data is used

  1. In certain situations, the controller may transfer your personal data to other recipients if this is necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfill obligations incumbent on the controller. This applies to the following categories of recipients:
    • hosting provider acting as a processor
    • authorized employees and collaborators who use the data to achieve the purposes of the website
    • companies providing marketing services to the controller
  2. Your personal data is processed by the controller no longer than necessary to perform activities related to it as specified in separate regulations (e.g., accounting). With regard to marketing data, it will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the controller:
    • access to your personal data,
    • rectification,
    • erasure,
    • restriction of processing,
    • data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to processing referred to in section 3.3(c) where processing is based on the controller’s legitimate interests, including profiling. The right to object may not be exercised if there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the website.
  7. Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be carried out in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under a contract and for the controller’s direct marketing activities.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means we do not transfer it outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data if provided.
  2. The website may record information about connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the website may record information that facilitates linking form data with the email address of the user completing the form. In such cases, the user’s email address may appear within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in the form is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a given form, e.g., to handle a service request, business contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose.

7. Significant marketing techniques

  1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., headquartered in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the service provider, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. 8. Cookie information

  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the end device of the website user and intended for use of the website pages. Cookies typically contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device, and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the end device of the website user and accessing them is the website operator.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. maintaining the user’s session (after logging in), so the user does not need to re-enter login and password on each subpage;
    2. achieving the purposes specified above in the section “Significant marketing techniques”.

Session cookies are temporary files stored on the user’s end device until logout, leaving the website, or closing the browser.
