Our teams consist of experts in this field who, thanks to many years of experience, are able to thoroughly analyze each assigned task, select appropriate transport technology, prepare the design of the structures required to carry out the operation, and execute the work with the greatest care and precision.

How do we develop customized solutions for heavy lifting?

Our heavy lifting capabilities combine conventional and unconventional methods of lifting and transporting heavy loads. We approach each task individually, preparing a tailor-made solution, which is then used in the later stage to carry out the lifting operation. Among the heavy transport technologies used by HLI are:

  • Pressing using high-capacity hydraulic cylinders,
  • Lifting/pulling using strand jacks,
  • Lifting loads using various types of cranes,
  • Transport using overhead crane structures of our own design,
  • Transport using self-propelled modular transporters (SPMT).

What defines safe and precise operation preparation?

Each operation is carefully analyzed and planned in advance to ensure maximum safety, efficiency, and adaptation of solutions to the specific requirements of the project. Before every project, HLI conducts detailed operational planning and engineering, including:

  • Analysis of technical and logistical requirements for each load,
  • Design of support structures,
  • Preparation of lifting plans and operation schedules,
  • Tailoring conventional and unconventional methods to the site conditions,
  • Conducting site inspections and multi-stage project verification,
  • Considering all safety aspects, including risks to personnel and the surrounding environment.
